A mid-sized pharmaceutical company needed assistance with rolling out and a new Healthcare Professional Engagement tool globally to all of their business units. They engaged HELIO to assist with system enhancements and change management strategies including training relevant stakeholders, triaging and responding to user inquiries, and executing system optimization efforts.

• Reviewed and assessed current state technological gaps and challenges associated with the global HCP engagement tool from domestic, global and universal perspectives.

• Developed road maps addressing and prioritizing current state gaps to optimize system and process recommendations.

• Developed training documents and work instructions related to the HCP Engagement Tool to increase knowledge of users and decrease potential for bottlenecks throughout the lifecycle of the HCP Engagement process.

• Reviewed and updated Company policies and procedures to document changes to processes and systems for HCP engagements.

• Monitored and responded to inquiries related to the HCP Engagement tool submitted through the Compliance inbox and provided responses and escalated issues, as necessary.

• Liaised between the IT team, Compliance team, and system users to communicate issues with the system and develop workarounds and system enhancements as needed.

HELIO's project provided our client with a successful rollout of their HCP engagement tool globally and allowed for a smooth adoption of all users onto the system by providing the training, documentation, and change management strategies around the rollout.
