MANAGING DIRECTOR
Minna has provided strategic and management consulting services to life science companies for over 15 years. She has assisted pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies with operational excellence in medical affairs, clinical and commercial operations, patient support services, and in healthcare compliance. She has helped both commercialized and pre-commercialized companies establish and enhance their compliance programs, conduct risk assessments across the organization and establish mitigation strategies to address compliance risks.
Minna graduated with a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania prior to obtaining her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
She is an avid learner and is always looking for new book recommendations.
She has run 3 marathons and her goal is to run all 7 World Major Marathons in her lifetime.
