Emily McTiernan
PRODUCT MANAGER
Emily is a product manager with more than eight years of experience building digital products, platforms, and internal enterprise tools. Before joining Helio, she worked at Starz, where she led the development of tools supporting digital media workflows. Earlier in her career, she worked on e-commerce and subscription-based platforms. She specializes in guiding products from discovery and strategy through user-centered design and agile delivery. She is skilled at understanding how people use digital products and designing experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. Emily works closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
Emily received an MA in Media Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Florida.
Emily has 2 cats, a Devon Rex Roswell, and a rescue Rory from Denver Animal Shelter, where she also volunteers.
As a TV and film fan with an interest in the entertainment industry, she has enjoyed attending festivals across the US for over a decade.
