With more than 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical government pricing calculations and reporting, Lindsey Severson is a seasoned leader in managed services operations and government pricing compliance. She has built her career helping pharmaceutical manufacturers navigate the complexities of government programs while achieving operational excellence and maintaining regulatory compliance. Lindsey has led teams supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers in the management of government pricing programs, partnering with life sciences organizations to develop practical, compliant solutions that address evolving government reporting requirements and strengthen operational performance. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of government pricing compliance, including Medicaid, Medicare, the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), and the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Throughout her career, Lindsey has successfully led high-performing teams, streamlined complex operational processes, and helped clients confidently navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, she is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional client service, and helping pharmaceutical manufacturers navigate complex regulatory requirements with confidence and efficiency.
