Tracy Mumpower is a recognized leader in pharmaceutical commercial contracting, compliance, and managed services operations with more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience. She spent more than a decade helping build and lead operations at Compliance Implementation Services (CIS), the pharmaceutical industry's first revenue management managed services organization, and continued in leadership roles following its acquisition by Deloitte and later Model N, supporting manufacturers in optimizing operations, strengthening compliance, maximizing revenue realization, and reducing revenue leakage. Tracy's expertise spans commercial payer and provider contracting, rebate operations, Medicaid, Medicare Part D, and TRICARE programs, revenue management technology implementations, and process transformation. Having supported more than 150 pharmaceutical manufacturers across diverse products and lifecycle stages, she is a trusted advisor who helps organizations navigate complex contracting, reimbursement, and market access challenges while improving financial performance and operational excellence.
